If you know the La Jolla area well then you know that living anywhere on Prospect street is very desirable due to the close proximity to the approach. The La Jolla Shores condominiums are located at 8110 El Paseo Grande in La Jolla, California and offer prime condo living in the coveted La Jolla Shores area.  it's really hard to beat this location as it's located just a couple block radius to the beach.  Most of the properties in this area tend to be residential single family homes but if you are looking for condo living then this is a really great option.  What you will find here is a nice mixture of two and three bedrooms condos that are going to be in the 1,300 and 1,400 square foot range depending on the number of bedrooms.  Many of the units located have been upgraded even though the building was originally built in 1972.

The Chiara building in the heart of La Jolla is one of the most unique places to find a rental property as they rarely come on the market for lease.  On average we see about one listing every year come on the market which are typically long term leases of 12 months to start.  The last time we saw a condo available was back on July of 2020 went a two bedroom, two bath condo leased for $3,450 a month.  Prior to that we saw two listings in 2019 where each of the two bedroom units leased for $3,300 and $3,100 a month.  Rents have been pretty consistent throughout the years with many condos being leased out in the low to mid $3,000 a month range.
