If you are in the market to rent a luxury condo on the water then look no further than the 939 Coast Blvd building. 939 Coast offers a large variety of floor plans with studio, one, two and three bedroom condos available for lease. It's important to note that there will be a mixture of short and long term leases available here.  Short term would be one to two months or less while long term rentals are normally from six to twelve months or longer.  

Rental prices for studio units currently run $3,500 a month with panorama ocean views.  One bedroom rentals rarely come available for lease and are typically found in the $4,500 a month range. Two bedroom rentals at 939 Coast Blvd are typically north of $5,00 a month and can go as high as $6.900 for an upgraded ocean front condo located on a high floor.  Three bedrooms rentals are also normally above the $5,000 a month range but can go as high as $11,000 a month for a short term one month rental.

939 Coast Blvd condos can have off season and summer rental rates and this should be considered when looking at rentals here.  A good example of this is a three bedroom rental that was listed for $13,000 a month during the high season summer months period.  This time frame is typically from June through September but can also include the month of May as well.  The off-season rate for the same exact condo is $6,500 a month.  Off-seaons months are typically from October through May.

939 Coast Blvd offers a prime location and is considered one of the most prominent ocean front condo buildings in all of La Jolla.  The building offers 24 hour concierge services, doorman, pool, spa and fitness center.  The building offers secure parking and just steps to the sandy beach.  Tenants in this building normally pay for Cable TV service, electricity, gas and any parking fees.  Parking fee's are normally $200 a month for one parking space and $300 for two parkings spots.  For showings of any of these rental listings please contact our local agents at 858-200-7562.
