There has been an overwhelming response to the brand new homes being built in the Aveline community in La Jolla. A limited number of only 18 homes are being built on Silver and Draper Street with 11 homes currently under contract according to the Multiple Listing Service. What makes this neighborhood unique is the detail work the home builder is doing.
