One of the upscale gated communities in the city of La Jolla is the Blackhorse community. Homes in this neighborhood are currently start at $935,000 for a two bedroom with 2,174 square feet that was built in 1989. One of the main disclosures when buying in this neighborhood is that homes are currently under a land lease that expires at the end of November 2051 according to one of the listing agents who has sold in the Blackhorse community.
