Cambridge La Jolla Rentals

One of the great places to find rental homes in the La Jolla area is the Cambridge community.  The homes are located on small cul-de-sac street called Morning Way and offer several two and three bedroom townhouses that offer open floor plans and generous square footages that average around 1,600 square feet for the 3 bedroom units.  Over the past several years we have only seen one or two rental listings come up in the Cambridge community so we highly recommend moving quickly on one if you want to live in this Community.  In the last 12 months we have seen a large number of renters looking for homes with a very low inventory of properties to choose from.

Rental prices for rentals will vary depending on the number of bedrooms.  3 Bedroom units have leased out in the past for 3,500 while 2 bedroom units have leased for $3,100, $2,950 and $2,700 in the past couple of years.  There is currently a 3 bedroom home on the rental market right now for $4,295 so it's a little higher than what the comps have shown in the past but the real estate market is very active with a strong renter demand so they might be able to get it.  For the most part all of these rentals are long term leases that typically start with 12 months.  Pets will be on a case by case basis if they will be allowed by each of their independent property owner.  To view rentals in this community place contact any of our local real estate agents at 858-200-7562.
