One of the newest condo developments in La Jolla is the Herschel + Pearl complex. The community gets its name from being located on the corner of Herschel and Pearl street in La Jolla. The condos were complete in 2018 with 3 units currently available for sale. At first glance at these condos I get the impression that the builder got his inspiration from luxury lofts that can be found in a big city. Select walls are exposed brick which gives it a real urban feel to it with clean Contemporary lines accented with engineered hardwood flooring. Another thing that impressed me was the open feel to it which offered high ceilings and exposed second levels from the living room area. Lots of glass doors and windows adds a lot of light that comes into the units with a generous Master suite and simple and clean bathrooms.

Some of the perks of living her include private elevators to each floor, oversized two car garages, quartz countertops and Dacor appliances. In my opinion the location and the new construction element is the biggest selling point for buying here. The location is in the heart to the Village area and within walking distance to the La Jolla Elementary & Gillispie school, Vons grocery store, Starbucks and a short distance to the La Jolla high school. It appears that the owner used some really nice finishes so ultimately it will come down to price. The condos currently start at $1,849,000 for a 4 bedroom 4 bath condo with 2,166 square feet, with 2 other three bedroom units listed at $1,999,000 and $2,199,000.
