One of the more upscale areas to find a rental property is the Country Club area of La Jolla. Over the last several years we have seen limited number of available rentals while there is still a huge demand for those looking for suitable rentals. Often time these luxury properties are rented as furnished rentals for short periods of times which makes it tough for those looking for more longer term rentals. A new Country Club rental home came on the market last month and is currently listed at $12,000 a month.
