Over the last several months there have been many new construction homes popping up on the market here in La Jolla, California.  For those who are not familiar with neighborhoods here in La Jolla, Muirlands is a premier neighborhood that's located high on a hill that often offers panoramic ocean views.  The homes are typically large in scale and often referred to as "Mansions" in other parts of the country.  There are currently 6 new construction homes on the market in the Muirlands community with real estate prices starting just above $3 million and going over the $10 million dollar price point.  So what do you get for a new construction home priced between $3 to $10 million dollars?  Let's take a look.

There has been an overwhelming response to the brand new homes being built in the Aveline community in La Jolla.  A limited number of only 18 homes are being built on Silver and Draper Street with 11 homes currently under contract according to the Multiple Listing Service.  What makes this neighborhood unique is the detail work the home builder is doing.  The builder has been inspired by the wonderful architecture found in Europe and incorporating those ideas into these homes.  These are luxury 3 & 4 bedroom homes that start at 1,917 square feet and currently priced between $1,895,000 to $2,995,000.
