One of my favorite condo buildings near the La Jolla Village area are the condos located at 101 Coast Blvd.  The building is commonly referred to as the "Lighthaus" complex and boats one of the better locations just steps to the Pacific Ocean.  The complex has an impressive pedigree that was designed by award winning architedt Batter Kay in the late 1980's.  Many of the condos here have been renovated with open floor plans that combine both kitchen and living room spaces.  Bedrooms are generous size with large Master Baths and walk-in closets.   There are even outdoor terraces to enjoy the coastal La Jolla weather.

The condos at 101 Coast will either be two ro three bedroom floor plans.  Expect to find two bedroom condos in the 1,606 to 1,823 square foot range while three bedrooms condos will be around 2,116 to 2,605 square feet.  Real Estate prices for the three bedroom condos will typically be right around $2,600,000 for the larger square footage units while the smaller 3 bedroom condos have been seen listed for under $1,600,000.  Two bedroom condos here are normally listed around the $1,2000,000 range. Monthly association dues from the Lighthaus homeowners association currently run $804.00 a month.  Amenities include assigned underground parking spaces and a common area that is located on the roof top deck.  The deck is equipped with a fire pit and barbecue and is a great place to overlook the ocean and view the great La Jolla sunsets.   There is currently one 3 bedroom condo listed for sale at $2,580,000.  To view condos located here please reach out to us at 858-200-7562.
