Regents La Jolla Rentals

The Regents La Jolla complex is a very popular place to find long term rentals due to it's prime location and resort like amenities.  The long list of amenities start with two heated pools, two jacuzzi's, two fitness centers, business room and underground parking.  The complex is securely gated and a very popular place due to it's premier location that's just east of the 5 freeway with close proximity to some really nice restaurants and shopping.  The large majority of rentals found here are 12 month rentals that will vary anywhere from 6 to 12 months.

Expect rental prices for 1 bedroom units to be around $2,000 a month while 2 bedroom units average around $2,500 a month.  There are also much larger 3 bedroom units that normally range between $3,500 to $4,000 a month.  In order to rent a condo at the Regents complex a complete rental application needs to be filled out along with a credit report showing a FICO score.  We have seen some of the landlord additional asking to have application supply proof of renter's Insurance, proof of funds for the first month's rent and security deposit.  All of the listings we have seen have not allowed for pets while other condos will consider a short term lease with the following utilities included: water, electric, Internet & cable TV.  For those looking for a rental property in the La Jolla area please feel free to reach out to our local La Jolla real estate agents at 858-200-7562.
