La Jolla has a lot of condos buildings that are located on the ocean front with panoramic ocean and coastline views.  The main concentration of these condos can be found in the Village area that is close to local shopping, restaurants and the hub of La Jolla.  One special condo building located at 220 Coast Blvd offers a very select condos that sit above the beach front with white water coastline and direct ocean views.  The building itself has been around for over 50 years and was built in 1959. At the time the builder wanted to build on a prime location that is near the tip of the coastline point that would offer some of the best views in La Jolla.  There were several floor plans designed at that time and today there are still one to three bedroom condos that are located throughout the building.  Keep in mind that not all the units in this building are located on the ocean front, only a few select condos will offer these kinds of views.
